Growing up in a food paradise – Hong Kong, has trained me to become a food adventurer. Nothing can stop my food adventure journey. Wherever the food is, I will be there. My enthusiasm towards food make me develop my pathway to become a dietitian which I can use my culturally diverse food knowledge to help people to strive with their diet pattern. I believe that a sustainable and feasible plan should based on your daily lifestyle and abilities. My passion is to assist the CALD and people with disability to live a better quality of life through equity services.

Private Practice Dietitian working in clinics around South East Melbourne Suburbs.
I am also providing dietetics services via telehealth or home visit for NDIS patients.
A nutrition content developer at a Hong Kong company to educate the general public with accurate nutrition information.
A disability support worker to make a difference in their life and support them to live independently.
